Very disappointed in 7th generation that leaves white films on dishes. I need to use vinegar to remove the white films. We have hard water and Ecover seems to work the best for us

I found that the dishes did not get clean and were covered with a white film. I am now rewashing them in vineger. Hope it works. I read other blog pages on this product and cannot understand how it went to market.

We have a severe drought in Florida and am trying to conserve water-Now I have to rewash dishes. Do not buy this product. I thought it was my imagination until I read other comments. I have written to Colgate and will try to return the product.

I think it would be very helpful of Palmolive (Colgate) would leave instructions on the main page on how to clean the white streaks from the dishes cleaned with this product. I appreciate that they tried something green, but I can't seem to get the white reside off of stoneware or nylon type cooking utensils. If someone has any success fixing this please post here.

Dishwashers with bleach not only pump the bleach into the air of your home, but also produce dioxins that are highly toxic. Because we are exposed to so much dioxin through bleached products (coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towels/napkins and many cleaners and detergents) it is important that we remove as many of those sources within the home as possible...it's important that we stop being the world's guinea pigs when it comes to such a common household toxin.

Just tried Eco+. It was so thick it wouldn't let the dispenser door open. The silverware, just below the dispenser did get some detergent, but all it did was leave globs on the silverware, requiring rinsing.

If it's "green", but it doesn't work, it's not good for the environment either. And if you can't see a payoff for yourself by using the product, it's not green either. Except for the green you pay for a lame product.
